We are a family-owned business, not a realty company. We have been in business for more than 60 years with our properties being located throughout Allegany and Cattaraugus Counties. We are located in the Southwest corner of New York State in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains.

Our business offers conventional cash sales, owner financed sales, and Lease Agreements with the Option to Purchase. We show our properties by appointment only – no walk-ins please.
