Welcome to Reiss Country Properties.

We are a family owned business, not a realty company. We have been in business for more than 60 years selling our own properties throughout Allegany and Cattaraugus Counties. We are located in the Southwest corner of New York State in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains.

Our business offers owner financing, no banks involved. We do require a down-payment for our properties ranging from $1,800.00 and up. All closing costs (surveys, searches, paperwork) are included in the selling price. We show our properties by appointment only – no walk-ins please.

As you have noticed, our inventory has dwindled due to aggressive sales. It does take years to build up inventory, we are in that process now, and new places are being finished. Due to Covid we have a lack of employees which has limited our rate of production. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to hear from you in the future.
